Welcome to the Curves Queens Park Web site. We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching. And now with Curves Complete, that also includes proper diet and motivation . We strive to provide you with an exceptional Curves experience. Our club is big and bright and filled with wonderful energy and great music. All of our staff are fully certified. We even have a rehabilitation specialist on staff to help you back to health.
